Internships through L.C.C. included a term at KMTR with the news photography crew and a term with a multimedia house, Interactive Technology Group, editing text for medical multimedia training programs.

Actionscript/Lingo programmer for educational CD-ROM and web projects.  The New Media Center exists to utilize and explore emerging media forms.

Tool buyer and computer maintenance in a machine shop.

 

Skills:

 

Solid experience with many software packages, including Macromedia’s Director and SoundEdit 16, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,  Microsoft Windows (all versions), Word and Excel.

 

Experience with installing/uninstalling all common types of computer hardware and burning CD-ROMS.  I have a firm understanding of many of the essential elements of video, photo and sound recording equipment.

In my free time, I enjoy cuisine with good friends and studying the arts and media.  I believe visual literacy to be one of the most neglected areas of our educational system.  I’m also an amateur musicologist.
